JAISHREE THAKUR, J.(ORAL) The instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner for issuance of a direction to the officials respondent Nos. 1 to 4 to take legal action against respondent Nos. 5 to 9 on the basis of the inquiry report dated 23.05.2017. In this regard the petitioner has also approached the authorities by filing a representation dated 03.05.2017 (Annexure P-3).
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he would be satisfied if respondent No.2 be directed to look into the representation dated 11.08.2017 (Annexure P-3) and take action in accordance with law, in a time bound manner.

Mr. A.S. Dhaliwal, learned D.A.G., Punjab, who is present in the Court, accepts notice on behalf of the State.
