**** ANUPINDER SINGH GREWAL, J (ORAL) Learned State counsel, upon instructions from ASI Gurwinder Singh submits that 6 out of 24 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the matter is now listed for examination of the remaining prosecution witnesses on 16.09.2019 before the trial Court. She further contends that every effort shall be made to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible. In view of the statement of the learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition at this stage. The petition is dismissed as not pressed.
