(Oral) The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C.is for quashing of the impugned order dated 07.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, FTSC, SAS Nagar (Mohali), in SC/81/2024, in a case FIR No.68 dated 18.08.2023 under Sections 323, 324, 427, 506, 148 and 149 of IPC, registered at Police Station Dhakoli, SAS Nagar, whereby the bail of the petitioner has been cancelled and bonds have been forfeited to State and non-bailable warrants of arrest have been issued against the petitioner.
On 21.04.2026, the following order was passed:- "The prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of the impugned order dated 07.03.2026 (Annexure P-2) passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, FTSC, SAS Nagar (Mohali), in SC/81/2024, in a case FIR No.68 dated 18.08.2023 under Sections 323, 324, 427, 506, 148, 149 IPC (corresponding Sections 115, 118, 324, 351, 191(2), 189 BNS, registered at Police Station Dhakoli, SAS Nagar whereby bail of petition has been cancelled, bail bonds VISHAL SETHI 2026.07.03 18:46 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document have been forfieted and non-bailable warrants of the petitioner
CRM-M-21482-2026 -2were issued, along with all the subsequent proceedings arising therein.
The Counsel for the petitioner contends that though the petitioner was regularly appearing before the Court concerned, on 08.01.2026 he was unable to appear because of which subsequently, on 07.03.2026 proclamation was issued against him. He contends that the petitioner is ready and willing to join the proceedings once again.

In the meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the Trial Court within a period of one week from today subject to a deposit of Rs.25,000/- as costs with the Sadhna Society for the Mentally Handicapped, Near Housing Board Chowk, Raen Basera Building, Manimajra, Sector 13, Chandigarh and on his doing so he shall be admitted to interim bail to the satisfaction of learned trial Court." In deference to the aforementioned order, the petitioner has surrendered before the Trial Court and has since been released on interim bail vide order dated 28.04.2026 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Judge, FTSC, SAS Nagar, Mohali. A copy of the said order is taken on record and marked as Mark 'A'. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court.
Needless to say, it is expected that the petitioner shall not absent himself from the Trial without sufficient cause. Disposed of.
