(THROUGH VIDEO CONFERENCING) **** JASJIT SINGH BEDI , J.(ORAL ) The prayer in the present petition under Section 528 BNSS, 2023 is for the issuance of directions to the official respondent Nos.3 to 6 to conduct a fair and impartial investigation against private respondent Nos.7 to 10 in the FIR No.297 dated 01.07.2024 (Annexure P-1) under Sections 302, 148, 149 of IPC and Sections 25, 54 and 59 of Arms Act, 1959 registered at Police Station Chandhut, District Palwal. 2.

None appears for the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the State, while referring to the reply dated 04.07.2025, submits that the report under Section 173(2) of Cr.P.C. stands presented against the accused, Deepak @ Buchi and Praveen. The respondent Nos. 7 to 10 have been found to be innocent and have been placed in Column No.2.
