(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.49 dated 01.05.2019 registered under Sections 306, 34 IPC at Police Station Gidderbaha, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. On instructions from ASI Baaj Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Learned counsel for the complainant submits that the complainant is not traceable.

In view of above, order dated 20.05.2019 passed by this RAVINDER SINGH 2022.08.24 16:16 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this order/judgment
