The petitioners have filed the present petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 42 dated 11.03.2020, registered under Section 498, 406, 506, 323, 342 & 34 IPC at Women Police Station Sonipat, Haryana. Learned counsel for the petitioner, on a Court question, has admitted that the investigation in the present case is in progress. As far as the prayer for quashing of the impugned FIR, it is undisputed that the investigation in the FIR is pending.
