The present petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing the order dated 17.11.2017 (Annexure P-6), passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge, Narnaul and the Complaint No.142 of 2015 along with Notice of Accusation order dated 03.10.2017 and charge (Annexures P-3 and P-4) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Narnaul.
