"#  $ Report dated 01.04.2015 of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Moga has been received whereby after recording statements of complainant Partap Singh along with his sons namely Gurvinder Singh and Vikram Singh; as well as the accused persons namely Kulbir Singh, Suba Singh, Kabal Singh, Hakam Singh, Nachhattar Singh, Raj Singh and Gurmeet Singh, the Court has shown its satisfaction that the compromise has been arrived at voluntarily, out of free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.

In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being purely a land dispute between the neighbourers, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in resolving the personal dispute and in bringing about peace and harmony for betterment of future life of the parties, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.26 dated 14.11.2013 registered at Police Station NRI, District Moga under Sections 447, 506, 148, 149 IPC and all consequences arising thereof are quashed.

The petition stands allowed in those terms.
