*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance of order dated 20.11.2018, the petitioner has joined investigation and the same has been affirmed by learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Major Singh. Two civil suits are also stated to be pending between the parties. The allegations are matter of evidence, which shall be tested by the trial Court.

Since the petitioner has joined investigation, interim order dated 20.11.2018 passed by this Court in his favour is made absolute. Petition is disposed of accordingly.

However, the petitioner is directed to join investigation, if required by the Investigating Officer.
