    Through this petition, the petitioner who is a registered society of the residents, prays for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to aid the installation of an additional entrance/security gate.

It was asserted that on account of an objection raised by respondent No.4, the society is not being permitted to install the gate although the society has already been granted the permission. On 26.07.2021, notice of motion was issued.

Learned counsel representing the petitioner as well as respondent No.4 have stated that the dispute between the petitioner society and respondent No.4 has been amicably resolved with the intervention of the respectables.
