Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 356 dated 25.6.2017, registered under Section(s) 148, 149, 307, 341, 427 & 201 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, 1959 at Police Station Model Town, Rewari. Petitioner was running away from the process of law for a period about five/six months, whereas his co-accused have already joined the investigation and even challan was presented in the Court. As per version against the petitioner, danda, which is the weapon of offence, is yet to be recovered from him. Thus, no case is made out to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner and present petition stands dismissed. (Shekher Dhawan) Judge December 20, 2017 "DK"
