Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code for seeking regular bail, pending trial in FIR No. 43, dated 28.04.2018, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, registered at Police Station Sadar Kharar, District Mohali.

At the outset, learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner (Hardeep Singh) has been been acquitted by the learned trial Court, hence, present petition be disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
