The present petition has been filed for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No. 114 dated 9.9.2014, registered under Sections 307, 323, 324, 341, 596, 148 & 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to as "IPC") at Police Station Division No.6, Ludhiana.

As per the prosecution allegations, both the petitioners have caused injuries to Laksh Kant. Petitioner No.1-Romy gave a beer bottle blow on the right ear of Laksh Kant, whereas petitioner No.2-Tinku gave a danda blow to him. This fact is not disputed that both the injuries suffered by Laksh Kant are simple in nature. The injury, which has been declared as dangerous to life, has been suffered by Rama Kant and the same has been attributed to Tarun, co-accused of the petitioners. Thus, the petitioners have not caused any injury to Rama Kant, complainant, who has suffered the serious injuries on the basis of which Section 307 DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2015.04.08 16:23 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from Sub Inspector Rajwant Pal Singh submits that both the petitioners have already joined the investigation. They have been sufficiently interrogated and are no longer required for any custodial interrogation. 4.
In view of above, the present petition is hereby allowed and the order dated 18.3.2015 granting interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioners is hereby made absolute. The petitioners shall, however join the investigation as and when called for and they will also abide by the conditions as specified under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
