(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.86 dated 13.11.2018, under Section 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Harike, District Tarn Taran. Heard.

The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial court within a week from today and his bail application, if any, shall be decided on merit, within next 3 days.

However, it is clarified that this order shall not be an embargo for the trial court to proceed against the petitioner under Section 446 Cr.P.C.
