**** ANITA CHAUDHRY, J (ORAL) The petitioner is seeking regular bail in FIR No. 76 dated 2.7.2018 registered at Police Station Amargarh, District Sangrur under Sections 363, 366-A IPC.
Counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is in custody since 21.7.2018. Counsel further submits that challan has been presented and a protection petition had been filed which is fixed for 15.1.2019. Counsel also submits that the parents had approached the High Court wherein the State had informed that the girl was produced before the Judicial Magistrate/Illaqa Magistrate and she was apprehending threat from her uncle and other persons and she was sent to Nari Niketan. Counsel further submits that the girl is now with her parents and a compromise has also been effected.
