Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and while refraining from making any expression as regards veracity of averments made in the petition, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Fatehgarh Sahib, District Fatehgarh Sahib to ensure that the representation dated 13.8.2020 (Annexure P-3) is got examined in accordance with law expeditiously.
