PANKAJ JAIN, J. (ORAL) After arguing for some time, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to move an appropriate application before the Trial Court seeking exemption of petitioner No.2 and 3 only from personal appearance keeping in view the age of both these petitioners, who are stated to be Senior Citizens. Petitioner No.2 Dev Raj, is stated to be 76 years of age and petitioner No.3Satya Bhama, is stated to be 66 years of age. In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. In case, such application is filed, the same shall be considered sympathatically.
