ARVIND SINGH SANGWAN, J. (Oral) The petitioners pray for grant of anticipatory bail in FIR No.1060 dated 22.10.2018, registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Central Faridabad, District Faridabad.

The operative part of the order dated 13.11.2018, vide which interim anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioners, is reproduced as under:- "....Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the FIR was registered on the complaint of one Prince Bhatia, who is the cousin brother of the petitioners. The petitioners had purchased one Ford Endeavour vehicle and while getting the registration of the same, had fabricated certain documents. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it is not disputed that the MOHD YAKUB 2019.05.10 14:41 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document High Court, Chandigarh

CRM-M No.49701 of 2018 petitioners had purchased the aforesaid vehicle and had made a payment of ` 36 lakhs. The only dispute is with regard to issuance of certain forms by the authorised dealer, for which the petitioners have already paid the registration tax. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that in fact, on account of a family dispute which has led to civil and criminal litigation between the parties, the present FIR has been registered, just to harass the petitioners.

Learned Senior counsel for the petitioners has submitted that, in pursuance to the order dated 13.11.2018, the petitioners have appeared before the Investigating Officer and have joined the investigation.

Counsel for the State, on instructions from ASI Jagdish, has not disputed the aforesaid fact and submits that the petitioners are no more required for further investigation.

In view of the above, this petition is allowed and the interim bail granted to the petitioners vide order dated 13.11.2018 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
