Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.202, dated 16.06.2021, under Sections 363 and 366-A IPC (Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B added later on), registered at Police Station Sadar Dabwali, District Sirsa.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition. Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
