**** ARUN MONGA, J. (ORAL) Petitioners herein seek issuance of directions to the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ludhiana to decide the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC in which ex party stay has been granted against them vide order dated 29.05.2020. In the alternative,prayer for staying the operation of order dated 29.05.2020 (Annexure P-2) has been sought. I have heard learned counsel for the petitioners. In view of the nature of order being passed, no notice is required to be issued as no further proceedings are warranted. The civil revision is disposed of with an observation that the trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 CPC,which is pending before it through Video conferencing in the daily cause list of the trial Court. In case, the facility of Video Conferencing is not available then the matter shall be adjourned till such arrangement is made available.

Disposed of accordingly.
