Mr. Pardeep Solath, Advocate, for respondent No.6. ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) Today, at the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to avail of the remedy of statutory appeal so as to challenge Annexures P-5 and P-6.

In view of the aforesaid submission, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. The Appellate Authority shall take a liberal with respect to the limitation, given the fact that the petitioner had been pursuing the instant writ petition.
