 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners No.1 and 2 were working as Helper and petitioner No.3 was working as Ward Attendant with the respondents but while giving them extension in service vide impugned order dated 05.04.2024 (Annexure P/9), status of the petitioners have been changed to that of Sweeper, which act of the respondents is totally arbitrary and illegal. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that the petitioners are entitled to work on the post on which they were working prior to their extension in service vide impugned order dated 05.04.2024 (Annexure P/9) i.e. helper or Ward Attendant, as the case may be. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the said grievance, a request has already been given to the Deputy Commissioner AARTI SHARMA 2024.05.17 12:00 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
