***** RAMENDRA JAIN, J. (ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner in case FIR No.121 dated 25.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Khanauri, District Sangrur.

On instructions from SI Lakhwinder Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation on 19.11.2018 and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 14.11.2018 passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of accordingly.
