Mr. Sarvjeet Singh Thakur, Advocate for respondent No.4. Mr. Harsh Chopra, Advocate, for caveator/respondent No.12. **** HARSIMRAN SINGH SETHI, J. (Oral) 1.
In the present appeal, the challenge is to the impugned order dated 17.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellants has been dismissed. 2.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the appellants submits that the finding recorded by the learned Single Judge is factually incorrect as the order upon the objection had already been passed by the Returning Officer, which fact has been incorrectly noticed by the learned Single Judge. Hence, the present appeal may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed any further with liberty to the appellants to file a review before the learned Single Judge. He further submits that in case, after the review, any grievance remains, liberty be given to file an appeal. SANDEEP KUMAR 2026.04.23 17:28 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.
