There was alleged recovery of 500 grams of opium from the petitioner. He was enlarged on bail and due to his solitary nonappearance on 23.12.2015 due to wrong noting of the date his bail bonds were cancelled and warrants of arrest issued. At the time of hearing,learned counsel for the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw the present petition. Dismissed as withdrawn.
