Perusal of the order sheets shows that for the last two date of hearing i.e. 09.01.2023 and 25.09.2023, the petitioner had gone unrepresented. Today also, for the 3rd time, the petitioner has gone un-represented, despite the case having been called twice. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioner or his counsel is no more interested in pursuing the present revision petition. In view of the above, the present revision petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
