This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution praying for issuance of an appropriate writ, order of direction to official respondents No. 2 and 3 especially in the nature of mandamus to protect the life and liberty of petitioner from private respondents i.e. respondent Nos. 4 to 8.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner has preferred a representations dated 02.02.2026 and 09.04.2026 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel submits that he would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal to look into his representation/complaint and take appropriate steps at the earliest.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties. 6.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and the limited prayer made by the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2- Superintendent of Police, District Palwal to consider and decide the representations dated 02.02.2026 and 09.04.2026 (Annexures P-1 and P-2) of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order and pass an appropriate order.
