R.P. Nagrath, J. (Oral) Prayer in the instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C. in FIR No. 310 dated 04.08.2014 for offences under Sections 148, 323, 427, 447, 506 and 149 of Indian Penal Code (IPC), registered at Police Station City, Narnaul, District Mahendergarh.
Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Ram Bhagat submits that in deference to order dated 18.03.2015, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 16.07.2015 and is stated to be no more required for further investigation. In view of the above and without commenting on merits of the case, the interim order dated 18.03.2015 is made absolute. The petitioner shall also abide by the restrictions contained in Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
