Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.

However, in the light of the fervent prayer made by the counsel for the petitioner that the trial is being protracted and the petitioner is behind the bars since more than five years and that directions be issued for expeditious disposal of the matter.

In view of the aforesaid, directions are issued to the trial court to ensure speedy disposal of the matter by giving short adjournments and wherever necessitated use coercive means and dispose of the trial within a period of six months from the date of receipt of the orders of this Court.
