(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.3 and 4 not to unnecessarily harass the petitioner on account of false and frivolous complaints filed by respondents No.5 and 6. And further to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner, at the hands of private respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.4-Station House Officer, Police Station Basti Baba Khel, Jalandhar, is directed to look into grievances unfolded by the petitioner in his representation dated 09.05.2019 (P-4), in a time-bound manner.
