Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is being unnecessarily harassed by respondents No.4 to 7, who were earlier posted in Police Station Koomkalan District Ludhiana. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that being aggrieved petitioner gave representations Annexure P-3 dated 11.09.2023 and Annexure P-4 dated 31.01.2024 to the higher police authorities but till date no action has been taken against the respondents No.4 to 7 by the concerned authorities. Counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and take necessary steps in accordance with law on the basis of aforesaid representations (Annexure P-3 and Annexure P-4), in a time bound manner.

In view of above and without going into the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Ludhiana to look into the matter and decide representations Annexure P-3 dated 11.09.2023 and Annexure P-4 dated 31.01.2024, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
