#$ !% Present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. seeking grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.80 dated 15.05.2014 registered at Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar City under Section 379 IPC and Section 21 of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulations) Act, 1957. Vide order dated 31.03.2015 while issuing notice of motion, the petitioner was granted interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting/investigating officer.

Learned State Counsel, on instructions from ASI Bhupinder Singh, Police Station Maqsudan, District Jalandhar City, submits that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him and that he has no objection if the interim order is made absolute.

In the light of the statement made by learned State counsel, interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 31.03.2015 is made absolute on the same terms and conditions till submission of report under Section 173 Cr.P.C. (challan). Thereafter, petitioner will be permitted to furnish regular bail bonds to the satisfaction of the trial Court.

The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
