As common issues are involved in the captioned petitions, with the consent of both sides, the same are hereby disposed of by this common order. For the sake of brevity and convenience, facts are borrowed from CWP-6302-2006.

The petitioners through instant petition under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking quashing of selection of private respondents for Intermediate School Course commencing from 17.04.2006.

Notice of motion was issued on 25.04.2006, however, no interim relief was granted. The private respondents joined Intermediate School Course and came to be promoted.

Learned State counsel submits that petitioners as well as private respondents were promoted during the pendency of instant petitions. Many have expired or retired and remaining are in service. In view of limited prayer, the petitions have rendered infructuous. 5.
In the backdrop and statement of learned State counsel, the petitions stand disposed of.
