The petitioner has filed this second petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail in case FIR No.23 dated 31.7.2018 registered for the offences under Sections 7 and 13(2) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 read with Section 120-B IPC at Police Station Vigilance Bureau, Patiala, District Patiala.
I have heard learned counsel for the petitioner and have gone through the record.
A perusal of the record shows that the earlier petition for anticipatory bail of the present petitioner has already been dismissed on merit by this Court on 30.8.2018 by holding that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation.

Cr. Misc. No.M-22895 of 2019 [2] the grant of anticipatory bail after the passing of the order dated 30.8.2018 on merit in the first petition for anticipatory bail. It has been specifically held in the order dated 30.8.2018 passed by this Court that the petitioner is required for custodial interrogation and it was also held that keeping in view the nature and gravity of the offences and the fact that there are serious allegations against the present petitioner, he is not entitled to the grant of anticipatory bail. As there is no changed circumstances after the decision of the first bail petition, no ground is made out for grant of anticipatory bail. Therefore, finding no merit in this petition, the same is dismissed.
