   ***** NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of directions to respondents No. 1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5 as she is living separately against the wishes of respondents No. 4 and 5.

After arguing for sometime, when this Court is not inclined to grant the prayer made; learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to the appropriate remedy as per law. Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
