Through instant petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.52 dated 05.03.2021 registered under Sections 307, 326, 323, 148, 149 IPC at Police Station Mataur Mohali, District SAS Nagar. Learned State counsel, on instructions submits that in pursuance of order dated 06.07.2022, petitioner has handed over demand draft bearing No.883703 dated 14.07.2022 favouring victim Damanpreet Singh to the Investigating Officer, which was further handed over to the victim in due course. He further submits that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for further investigation.
