Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that for the cause of action agitated in the petition, he has also served legal notice, Annexure P-1. He submits that petitioners will be satisfied if a decision is taken thereon at the earliest.

On the asking of the court, Ms. Ishneet Kaur, AAG, Punjab, who is present in court, accepts notice on behalf of the State. She submits that legal notice, Annexure P-1 shall be considered by the competent authority within two months from the date of receipt of copy of the order and a speaking order shall be passed.

In view of above, no further direction is necessary. Disposed of.
