(Oral) Prayer in this petition is for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of FIR No.292 dated 13.10.2015 registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B IPC at Police Station Agroha, District Hissar to State Crime Branch. Counsel for the petitioners has submitted that in a similar matter i.e. CRM-M No.47842 of 2017 filed by the petitioners, vide order dated 14.12.2017, the following directions have been issued:- "Without making any observations on the merits of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 22.11.2017 (Annexure P3) of the petitioners in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order."

In view of the above, this petition is also disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide the representation dated 29.11.2017 (Annexure P4) in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
