(ORAL) At the outset, learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that all the petitioners were acquitted vide judgment dated 04.06.2018, rendered by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Rupnagar, except their co-accused, namely; Sukhwinder Singh @ Sukha.
In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having rendered infructious.
