(ORAL) Learned State counsel submits that the instant petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the fact that final report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been filed against the petitioners to face trial under Sections 295, 323 and 506 read with Section 34 IPC etc. In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
