Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Senior Superintendent of Police District Barnala, to look into the representation of the petitioner (Annexure P-2 colly) and take appropriate action, if required, within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
