(ORAL) Prayer in the instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been made for issuance of direction to respondents No.2 and 3 to look into the matter carefully and take action against respondents No.4 and 5. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the purpose would be achieved if respondent No.3 -Commissioner of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh, is directed to look into representation dated 03.10.2018 (Annexure P-2 colly) moved by the petitioner, in a time-bound manner.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and after perusing the paper-book, but without commenting on merits of the case, instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Commissioner of Police, Punjab, Chandigarh, to look into the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2018 (Annexure P-2 colly) and take appropriate action, if required, within one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
