(the aforesaid presence is being recorded through video conferencing since the proceedings are being conducted in Virtual Court) ***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) The petitioners, who claim to be in a 'live-in' relationship, apprehend threat to their lives at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. It is averred in the petition that petitioner No.1-Sarita Rani was married to respondent No.7-Dinesh but he is a drunkard and had been torturing her on account of which she left her matrimonial home and came back to her parental house. Although her parents sent her back to matrimonial home but things did not change and she ultimately took shelter from petitioner No.2-Mukesh and has been residing with him.

Without commenting anything on the veracity of averments made in the petition or the sanctity and validity of alleged relationship of the petitioners, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2PANKAJ KAKKAR 2020.08.
