 ,  , J (ORAL)   The petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the application dated 06.08.2022 (Annexure P-3) filed under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (for short 'the Act'). 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner submits that the District Magistrate, Faridabad, has already passed the order under Section 14 of the Act, thereby, rendering the present petition infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
