(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing complaint bearing CIS No.659 dated 19.09.2016 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 (Annexure P-1), pending before the trial Court, summoning order of even date (Annexure P2) and order dated 21.02.2019 (Annexure P-5) whereby non-bailable warrants have been issued against the petitioner. Heard.

Without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court on 06.02.2020, failing which his presence would be secured by the trial Court through non-bailable warrants.
