Apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, the petitioner had come up before this Court under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

On the last date of hearing, this Court had appointed Mr. Dhananjay Singh, Advocate, as Legal Aid Counsel for the petitioner because of non-appearance of petitioner's counsel. Today, Mr. Rajesh, K. Dadwal, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.

Given above, Mr. Dhananjay Singh, Advocate (Legal Aid Counsel) for the petitioner is discharged.
