On the last date of hearing, this Court had appointed Mr. Dhananjay Singh, Advocate, as Legal Aid Counsel for the petitioner because of non-appearance of petitioner's counsel. Today, Mr. Rajesh, K. Dadwal, Advocate, has appeared on behalf of the petitioner. 3.
