and that the same is an outcome of voluntariness, free will of the parties, without any undue influence, coercion or pressure. Heard.
In the light of the satisfaction shown by the Court, being a case of version and cross0version and being a pure family dispute, together with the fact that compromise will go a long way in ironing out differences and for the betterment of their future lives in removing all ill0will and hatred, the prayer made in the petition is allowed, proceedings by way of FIR No.141 dated 24.07.2006 registered at Police Station Sahnewal, District Ludhiana under Sections 323, 324, 341, 1200B and 308 IPC and criminal complaint No.130/1 dated 06.08.2007 titled 'Balwant Singh v. Kulwant Singh & others' under Sections 307, 326, 452, 34, 1200B IPC along with all consequences arising thereof are quashed.
The petition stands allowed in those terms.
