Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to the learned trial Court to conclude the trial within a stipulated period in case FIR No. 167 dated 20.08.2015, registered under Sections 302, 201 & 396 IPC and Section 25/54/59 of the Arms Act, 1959, at Police Station Lakhan Majra, District Rohtak.
Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that short grievance of the petitioner would be that prosecution evidence was closed as far as back on 03.08.2018 and thereafter, statement of accused under Section 313 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 13.09.2018, but the learned trial Judge has not concluded the trial, though 17 dates have been fixed for defence evidence and arguments.
