Dated Police Station Sections 21.06.2019 Vigilance Bureau, Flying Squad at 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, Mohali, District Mohali, Punjab 120B IPC and Sections 7, 13(1)(A) r/w 13(2) of PC Act The petitioner who has been granted regular bail in the FIR captioned above, now has come up before this Court seeking permission to travel abroad from 15.07.2024 to 15.05.2024, by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC. 2.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars. 3.

Given above, petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh by mentioning the following details:- (i) The petitioner shall mention the number of countries, of which he is permanent resident or citizen.

(ii) He shall mention addresses where he would stay in abroad and his e-mail ID.
