(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to official respondents to transfer the inquiry into complaints of large level fraud facilitated by a Government Bank namely Bank of Baroda and also the involvement of private respondents resulting into huge fraud of crores of rupees, from local police to CBI or some independent agency.
